Section 20 — Chargeback Disputes, Slander & Account Access
We encourage resolving issues directly via support before chargebacks. By using our services, you agree to the following:
Account Disablement Pending Chargeback Claims
Any user initiating a chargeback will have their account immediately disabled pending resolution.
Permanent Account or Serial Restrictions
Regardless of the outcome, we reserve the right to permanently restrict or terminate the user's account or device access.
Fraudulent or Abusive Chargebacks
Zero-tolerance policy. Any attempt to misuse the chargeback process will result in permanent termination and potential reporting to payment providers.
Slander, Defamation, and Threats
Any form of slander, defamation, harassment, or threats against Asgard Scripts will result in immediate and permanent termination. This includes remarks on social media, review platforms, Discord servers, or any other channels.
Acknowledgment: Initiating a chargeback, engaging in defamatory conduct, or threatening slander may result in permanent loss of access to your account, license, or marketplace privileges.
Section 21 — Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
