Who We Are

Asgard Scripts LLC ("Asgard Scripts," "we," "us," or "our") is a United States company that operates this website and store, including all related content, features, tools, products, and services (together, the "Services"). We sell digital Cronus Zen configuration scripts. Purchases are delivered electronically: each purchase issues a license key, and you activate your script by submitting that key.

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Asgard Scripts LLC is the data controller of your personal information. You can reach us at [email protected].

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit or use the Services, make a purchase, or communicate with us. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand how your information is collected, used, and disclosed as described here.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect:

  • Discord account information. You sign in to the Services using Discord ("Log in with Discord"). When you do, Discord provides us with your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, and the email address associated with your Discord account (we request only the "identify" and "email" OAuth scopes). We never receive your Discord password, and we cannot read your Discord messages.
  • Order and transaction information. The products and subscriptions you purchase or trial, prices, order dates and status, subscription status (trial, active, cancelled), and payment confirmations from our payment processors.
  • Payment information (handled by Stripe or PayPal). Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal, whichever you choose at checkout. They collect your payment details directly; we do not receive or store your full card number or your PayPal credentials. We receive limited billing information — such as card brand and last four digits (Stripe) or your name and payer confirmation (PayPal) — together with the outcome of each transaction.
  • License keys and activation records. Each purchase issues a license key for your script. When you submit a key to activate a script, our Discord bot logs the activation — the key, the Discord account that submitted it, and the time. We use this log to verify activations, prevent key sharing, and apply our Refund Policy.
  • Device registration information. The Cronus Zen device serial number(s) you register. Licenses may be bound to a registered serial so your scripts can be activated for your device.
  • Support communications. The contents of messages you send us by email or through Discord, and our replies.
  • Device and usage information. Technical data collected automatically, such as IP address, approximate location (city/country) derived from your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and session information (see "Cookies and Similar Technologies" below).

How We Collect Information

  • Directly from you — when you make a purchase, register a device serial, or contact support.
  • From Discord — when you choose "Log in with Discord" and authorize Discord to share your account details with us.
  • From our Discord bot — when you submit a license key, the bot records the activation.
  • From Stripe or PayPal — when they confirm or decline a payment on our behalf.
  • Automatically — from your device through cookies, session storage, and similar technologies while you use the Services.
  • From our service providers — such as hosting and infrastructure logs generated while operating the Services.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the Services — authenticate your Discord sign-in, process orders and subscriptions, issue license keys, verify script activations against our bot's activation log, activate scripts for your registered device serial, manage free trials and renewals, and maintain your purchase history.
  • To support you — respond to questions, troubleshoot setup and compatibility issues, and resolve billing problems.
  • To communicate about your account — send transactional messages such as receipts, subscription renewal and cancellation confirmations, and notices about changes to the Services or these policies.
  • For security and fraud prevention — verify accounts, verify key activations, protect against fraudulent transactions and misuse, and secure the Services.
  • For marketing — we do not currently send promotional marketing emails or run targeted advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide a clear opt-out.
  • For legal reasons — comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, and enforce our Terms of Service and other policies.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and session storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, keep the Services secure, and understand how the Services are used.

  • Essential cookies / session storage — required for sign-in, checkout, and security. The Services do not function without them.
  • Analytics — usage analytics are built into the Services (first-party). We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

Most browsers let you control or delete cookies in settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or checkout from working. For information about the Global Privacy Control signal, see "Your Rights and Choices" below.

How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as needed to run the Services:

  • Stripe — payment processor, to process payments, prevent fraud, and handle refunds. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
  • PayPal — payment processor, to process payments, subscriptions, and refunds when you choose PayPal at checkout. See the PayPal Privacy Statement.
  • Discord — beyond sign-in, our systems interact with Discord to grant purchase-related roles in our server and to log license-key activations through our bot; Discord receives your Discord user ID in those interactions. See the Discord Privacy Policy.
  • IP geolocation service — to estimate visitor location (city/country) for our in-house analytics, IP addresses are checked against a third-party IP-geolocation lookup. Only the IP address is sent.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — the server and infrastructure vendors that store and serve the Services on our behalf. They process data (such as connection logs) only to host and operate the Services.
  • Professional advisers and authorities — where required to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect our rights or the rights and safety of our users, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale of assets. Where we can, we will require that your information continues to be protected.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not use third-party analytics providers, and we do not share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Third-Party Websites and Links

The Services may link to websites or platforms operated by third parties, such as Discord communities. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of those sites, even if we link to them. Review their policies before providing information.

Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to use the Services, and the Services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it. We do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your personal information, and payment details are handled by Stripe or PayPal rather than stored on our systems. That said, no security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information (such as full card numbers) over email, Discord, or other unsecured channels.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to maintain your account and purchases, provide the Services (including verifying script activations against our bot's activation log and registered device serials), comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Key-activation records are retained while the related license remains valid and for a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes and apply our Refund Policy. We do not publish fixed retention schedules; when information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Your Rights and Choices

  • Opt out of "sale"/"sharing" and targeted advertising — we do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal where required by law. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.
  • Manage communications — we do not currently send promotional emails. We send only non-promotional messages about your orders, subscriptions, and account. If we ever introduce promotional email, it will include an unsubscribe link.
  • To exercise a right, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Discord account, or open a support request in our Discord. We may need to verify your identity — for example, by confirming control of your Discord sign-in — before acting on a request. Where local law provides an appeal process, we will explain how to appeal a decision in our response.

Additional Rights for UK and EEA Residents

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we process your personal information under these legal bases: performance of our contract with you (providing the Services you purchase), our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Services), your consent (where we ask for it), and compliance with legal obligations. You also have the right to:

  • Object or restrict - ask us to stop or restrict processing of your personal information for certain purposes.
  • Withdraw consent - where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
  • Complain - lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (see "Complaints" below).

International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and your personal information is transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and possibly other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
