The short version
Asgard Scripts sells unofficial, third-party Cronus Zen configuration scripts for personal use, delivered digitally and activated with a license key. We are not affiliated with any game publisher, console maker, or platform. Using scripts may be against the rules of the games or platforms you play on — that choice, and its consequences, are yours. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime. These are the full terms; the summary doesn't replace them.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

This website and store, including all related content, features, tools, products, and services (together, the "Services"), are operated by Asgard Scripts LLC, a United States company ("Asgard Scripts," "we," "us," or "our"). "You" means the person visiting or using the Services.

By using the Services, creating an account, starting a free trial, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Unofficial Third-Party Products; Responsible Use

Our products are unofficial, third-party controller configuration scripts intended for personal, private use only.

Asgard Scripts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or otherwise officially connected with any game publisher, hardware manufacturer, platform holder, or rights holder — including, without limitation, Sony, Microsoft, Electronic Arts, Tencent, or Embark Studios. All game titles, brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Cronus Zen is a product of its own manufacturer; Asgard Scripts sells independently developed configuration scripts for use with that device.

Use of our products may violate the terms of service or end-user license agreements of certain games, platforms, or services. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to use any product, and you accept full responsibility for that use. Asgard Scripts is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability related to, actions taken by third parties in connection with your use of our products, including account restrictions, suspensions, bans, or other enforcement measures.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to use the Services. The Services are not directed to children, and you may not use the Services on behalf of a minor.

4.Accounts and Discord Sign-In

You sign in to the Services using your Discord account ("Log in with Discord"). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activity that occurs through your sign-in. Keep your account information accurate and current, and notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may decline, limit, or cancel orders or accounts where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

5. Products and Delivery

All products are digital Cronus Zen configuration scripts. Nothing is shipped physically.

Delivery works like this: after purchase, you receive a license key for your script. You activate the script by submitting your key, and our activation bot logs each submission — that log is the record used to apply our Refund Policy. Script activation may also be tied to your registered Cronus Zen device serial. You can connect a new Cronus Zen yourself from Account → Your Cronus Zen; serial changes are rate-limited to prevent abuse, and our support team can help if you need to re-bind a device outside those limits.

A purchase gives you access to the script as described on the product page at the time of purchase. Delivery is complete when your license key has been issued to your account.

6. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Automatic Renewal

Some products are sold as subscriptions, and some offer a one-time purchase option. Current prices and billing frequency are always shown on the product page and at checkout. At publication, individual game scripts are $7.00/month or a $70.00 one-time license, and Asgard Gold is $17.00/month or a $170.00 one-time license. A one-time license does not expire and includes the script and its updates. Asgard Gold includes every current Asgard script and future releases for as long as your membership or license remains active.

  • Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and the payment method on file is charged at the then-current price, until you cancel.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from Account → Dashboard (choose Cancel next to the subscription — this works whether you pay through Stripe or PayPal) or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See the Refund Policy for details.
  • Free trials. Individual game scripts offer a 7-day free trial (Asgard Gold does not). A free trial converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. We send a reminder email before your trial converts. Trial terms, the price after conversion, and the billing frequency are shown before you start the trial.
  • Price changes. If we change a subscription price, the new price applies no earlier than your next renewal, and we will give you at least 30 days' advance notice by email or Discord before it takes effect.

7. Pricing, Billing, and Taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal, whichever you choose at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number or PayPal credentials; see our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate, current billing information and to update it promptly when it changes.

Prices and product availability may change at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed, and subscription price changes follow Section 6. Prices exclude applicable taxes or VAT, which are your responsibility unless we are required to collect them at checkout. If you buy from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any import or use restrictions.

8. Refunds

All products are digital, and all sales are final once access to the product has been provided, except in the limited circumstances described in our Refund Policy (unaccessed/unactivated purchases and duplicate charges or verified billing errors) or where a refund is required by applicable law. Failure to follow setup instructions does not constitute a defect or a basis for a refund.

9. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase or subscribe to a script, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your own personal, private use, for the period you have paid for, subject to these Terms.

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

  • share, resell, sublicense, rent, publish, or redistribute any script or your access to it;
  • copy, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any script, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
  • use a script for any commercial purpose; or
  • reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without our express written permission.

We may revoke the license for a specific product if you materially breach these Terms, subject to Section 21.

10. Product Disclaimers

All products are digital configuration tools provided "as is" and "as available," with no guarantees beyond those expressly stated. We make reasonable efforts to test and verify that products function as described at the time of release.

We do not guarantee ongoing compatibility with future game updates, console or platform changes, or third-party systems. Games and platforms change frequently, and a script that works today may need updates tomorrow.

Asgard Scripts makes no representation that any product is permitted by, or compliant with, the terms or policies of any game, platform, or third party. As stated in Section 2, you are solely responsible for how you use our products and for any consequences imposed by third parties.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services or our products to:

  • do anything unlawful, unauthorized, or fraudulent, or solicit others to do so;
  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others;
  • harass, abuse, or threaten any person, or engage in unlawful defamation;
  • submit false or misleading information to us;
  • upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code;
  • collect or misuse the personal information of others;
  • spam, scrape, crawl, or exploit any portion of the Services;
  • interfere with or circumvent security features or technical safeguards of the Services or of any third-party service; or
  • resell or redistribute products in violation of Section 9.

Violating this section is a material breach of these Terms and may lead to suspension or termination under Section 21.

12. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

If you submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, publish, and distribute that content in connection with the Services. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or obscene.

Your honest opinions are yours. Nothing in these Terms restricts, penalizes, or imposes any consequence on your ability to share honest reviews, opinions, or experiences with our products or service — on this site, on review platforms, on social media, or anywhere else.

13. Third-Party Services, Tools, and Links

The Services rely on and link to services operated by others — including Discord (sign-in, community, and our activation bot), Stripe and PayPal (payments), and the Cronus device software your scripts run with. We may also provide access to optional third-party tools on an "as is" basis. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or actions. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service's own terms, and any transaction you enter with a third party is between you and them.

14. Intellectual Property

The Services and our products — including scripts, site content, and branding — are owned by Asgard Scripts LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a script gives you the license in Section 9; it does not transfer ownership. All third-party names, logos, and trademarks that appear on the Services belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any affiliation or endorsement (see Section 2).

15. Site Information; Errors and Changes to Service

Content on the Services is provided for general information and may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including in product descriptions and pricing. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by errors, at any time and without prior notice, including after an order is submitted. If we cancel your order because of a pricing or description error, we will refund the full amount you paid for that order. We may also modify or discontinue any part of the Services or any product; if you have an active subscription or unexpired license for a discontinued product, we will offer a pro-rata refund of any prepaid, unused period or equivalent replacement access.

The Services are served over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Payment details are handled by Stripe and PayPal and are never stored on our systems.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the Services is at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) Asgard Scripts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms; and (b) our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) fifty U.S. dollars ($50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits; in those jurisdictions, these limits apply only to the fullest extent permitted, and nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer-protection law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asgard Scripts LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of the Services or our products. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim arises from our own breach of these Terms or violation of law.

20. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at [email protected]. Most billing problems — duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, billing errors — are resolved within a day or two, which is far faster than a card dispute.

If a payment dispute (chargeback) is opened with your bank or card issuer, we may suspend access to the specific purchase in dispute while the dispute is investigated, and we will provide our transaction records to the payment processor as part of that process. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, or the billing error is confirmed, we will restore access or refund as appropriate. Accounts used for fraudulent payment activity may be closed under Section 21.

21. Termination

By you: stop using the Services at any time; you can cancel subscriptions as described in Section 6 and request account deletion via [email protected] (see the Privacy Policy for what deletion involves).

By us: we may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms (including Sections 9 and 11), if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue first; for serious violations (fraud, unlawful conduct, redistribution of products) we may suspend or terminate immediately.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 2, 9 restrictions, 12, 14, and 17–22) survive. Termination does not limit either party's other rights or remedies.

22. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and both parties consent to jurisdiction and venue there. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court in a court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents you from relying on mandatory consumer-protection laws of the place where you live.

If you use the Services as a consumer, you may have rights under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence, and nothing in this section takes those away or deprives you of protections that cannot be waived by agreement.

23. General Terms

  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and any terms presented at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and Asgard Scripts and supersede prior communications.
  • No waiver. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its "Last updated" date. For material changes — especially changes to subscription or renewal terms — we will give you at least 30 days' advance notice by email or Discord announcement, and the changes will apply from the stated effective date. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to a change, cancel your subscription and stop using the Services before the change takes effect.
