Sentience for Delta Force. Sentience is a Cronus Zen-compatible configuration script for Delta Force. Its per-weapon recoil assistance comes in Basic, Advanced, and Expert modes — select a weapon from the built-in list or tune values yourself in the recoil editor. Aim-assist settings, adjustable separately for aiming and firing, are designed to work alongside the game's built-in aim assist, and dual-profile support keeps a saved configuration for each of your two in-game weapons. Combat and movement options — Auto Ping, Rapid Fire, Fast Melee, Bunny Hop, Crouch Shot — can be bound to quick toggles for fast on/off control, and Vehicle Mode automatically disables selected features while you drive.

How Sentience works — three tuning modes explained

Sentience's recoil assistance has three levels of control. They are not three different strengths — they are three depths of access to the same system, and you can move between them at any time.
- Basic — the fastest way to play. Select your weapon from the built-in list and the matching recoil values load for you. No tuning required.
- Advanced — the middle ground. Start from a built-in weapon profile and adjust it, rather than building from zero.
- Expert — full manual control. Set the recoil values yourself in the recoil editor, per weapon, with no built-in profile underneath.
If you don't want to tune, stay in Basic. Move a weapon into Advanced when its built-in profile doesn't suit your sensitivity. Expert is for players who already know what values they want. No mode is "better" — results depend on your sensitivity, attachments and hardware, so expect to tune.
Two profiles, two weapons
Sentience stores a separate configuration for each of the two weapons in your Delta Force loadout, so your primary and your secondary each keep their own recoil and aim settings. Switch profiles as your active weapon changes — you don't re-tune mid-match.
Game modes
Sentience runs on your Cronus Zen and works on your controller input, so it isn't tied to a particular Delta Force mode — the same configuration applies wherever you play, including Warfare and Operations. Your in-game sensitivity and aim settings are what change the result, not the mode you queue into.

Sentience works wherever your Cronus Zen works:

- Sentience does not add platform support of its own — if your Cronus Zen is set up correctly for your console and controller, Sentience works there. Platform setup is a device question, not a script question: see the Cronus Zen setup guide, or the PlayStation 5 setup guide if you're on PS5.
